• Asset management
• maintaining documentation for acquisitions
• Accounts Payable
• assisting with preparation of supplier recons for month-end
• capturing supplier invoices
• sending remittance advices to suppliers
• assisting with posting of month-end accruals
• accounts receivable
• assisting with monthly statements to send out using debtors manager tool
• telephonic and email collections
• assisting with reconciling accounts
• assisting the debtors administrator
• ensuring payments are allocated
• assisting with the credit application process
• VAT computations and returns
• assisting with maintaining the cashbook
• drawing reports as required

Requirements

• Matric
• Account Degree / Accounting Diploma as a minimum
• Bookkeeping to Trial balance
• 2-5 years work exp in finance
• good telephonic communication
• strong with account recons
• SAP experience is a plus
